rearranging geology
walking the beach at low tide
find the perfect
weighted stone
fling it hard
wow!
skips and gambols
across three successive tongues
of 100 million year old
chuckanut sandstone
then flips and dives
zipping into the cold water
finding its new home
for the next thousand years
or so.
