light posts of our night:
constellation of ski basins above
thin glimmer of vancouver below
point roberts floating
marooned in the void
navigational buoys, blinking blinking
strewn over the black wet unknown
red wink of mt constitution towers
ghostly phosphorescent yard light
all of this
shining at the tiniest center
of an infinite universe
of fleeing stars
